A nationally recognized strategy consultant and trainer, Dr. Marlon Moore has worked with thousands of business professionals on the principles of leadership, inclusion, and conflict resolution throughout the United States and Dominican Republic. He has authored several articles for Savoy and received recognition from Black Enterprise Magazine, National Diversity Council, and Forbes magazine.

His mission is to support society through practical, leading-edge solutions that foster innovation, empowers talent, and leverages transformative leadership.  He has developed the CEEO Model of Transformational Leadership. A business model supported by four pillars that drive relationships and performance through lived experiences.
